Julia-roberts
Julia Fiona Roberts born to Betty Lou Bredemus (mother) and Walter Grady Roberts on October 28, 1967. Her great-grandfather John Pendleton Roberts, a farmer was one of the first Roberts to arrive in Atlanta. Her father was a young man when he was interested in theatre. As a student in Emory University he appeared in diverse productions, both in and outside of the campus. In 1953, he enlisted in the Air Force, and was stationed at Biloxi in Mississippi, he appeared in a show that he performed in with Betty Lou Bredemus. Eric Anthony was their first born. The couple got married in the year 1957. In 1957, the couple quit the Air Force and Walter was enrolled in Tulane University in New Orleans Louisiana. Walter became a member of Atlanta Academy Theater and Harrington Scenic and Lighting Studio when the family relocated from Atlanta to Decatur in Georgia in the year 1960. Walter along with Betty Lou started production in 1964 for the local children's Saturday morning show on television called Bum Bum and His Buddies that they self-funded. In the following year, they established The Actors and Writers Workshop which ran for a period of six years. The couple had another two children, Lelisa Billingsley (1965) (also called Lisa) as well as Julia Billingsley (1967) (also also known by the same name Julie).
