Julia-roberts
Julia Fiona Roberts was born in Atlanta on the 28th of October, 1967 to Betty Lou Bredemus and Walter Grady Roberts. Her grandfather, her great-grandfather John Pendleton Roberts, a farmer was one of the first Roberts to move to Atlanta. The Robertses' father was interested in theatre from an early age. In 1952, while a student of Emory University, he performed on stage in a number of shows in Atlanta. He joined the Air Force and while stationed at Biloxi in Mississippi, he appeared in a play that he performed in with Betty Lou Bredemus. The couple got married in 1955, and their first son Eric Anthony was born in 1956. Walter attended Tulane University at New Orleans in the year 1957, after the couple had left the Air Force of the United States. Walter began working for Atlanta Academy Theater and Harrington Scenic and Lighting Studio in 1960. Walter along with Betty Lou started production in 1964 on the local children's Saturday morning show on television called Bum Bum and His Buddies and their Buddies, which they both funded. They also founded the Actors and Writers Workshop in the same year, which lasted about six years. They also had two children Lelisa (called Lisa) Billingsley in the year 1965 and Julia (called Julie) in 1967.
